01 / National accounts

One client, sites in many regions, one portal

Set up a national account once and import its sites from a spreadsheet. Assign each site to the regional office that covers it, and that office's franchisees do the cleaning. The client's team sees every site in one property manager portal, whichever office coordinates it. IONNA's EV-charging sites are coordinated this way by regional JAN-PRO offices.

  • Import sites from an Excel or CSV file
  • Suggested regional office for each site, by coverage area
  • Invite the client's property managers from the account
  • Export QR codes grouped by regional office

02 / Regional offices

Each regional office runs its own territory

Each regional office is its own coordinator organization under the franchisor. The office sets up clients, buildings, and schedules, dispatches the work to its franchisees, and generates their statements. JAN-PRO regional offices run this way. Turn on Franchise Mode and JanGuard calls vendors franchisees and unlocks the franchise tools.

  • Schedules, QR reports, and missed visits for every franchisee
  • Statements, promissory notes, and miss credits
  • A franchisee hub with schedules, activity reports, and statements
  • Public franchisee profiles in a searchable marketplace

03 / Recruiting

Recruit franchisees with the disclosure dates on record

Track franchise prospects in a recruitment pipeline and send each one a link to your application. When the FDD goes out, the prospect acknowledges it online. JanGuard records the date, works out when the waiting period ends, and holds the agreement until then.

  • Franchise recruitment pipeline
  • Online FDD acknowledgment
  • A waiting period that blocks early signing
  • A disclosure audit report you can export to CSV

Questions

How does JanGuard model a franchise system?

The franchisor is the top organization. Each regional office is a coordinator organization under it, with its own clients, buildings, schedules, and franchisees. The franchisor portal reads across all of them.

What do franchisees see?

Franchisees get their own hub. It has their clients, buildings, and schedules, their completed and missed services, inspections, their team, their monthly activity reports, and their statements. They can also publish a public profile that lists the services they offer.

What does Franchise Mode do?

It's a switch for each organization. Turning it on unlocks the franchise tools, such as statements, promissory notes, and miss credits, and changes the word "Vendor" to "Franchisee" throughout the app. Turning it off hides those tools without deleting any data.

Can a national account client see sites from different regional offices?

Yes. The client's property managers see every site on the account in one portal, whichever regional office coordinates it and whichever franchisee cleans it.
